About our watermelon program
Watermelon is SCP's founding crop and its largest program. The company grows and ships watermelons out of Florida beginning in spring and follows the deal north through Georgia and the eastern and midwestern growing regions as each area comes into harvest, which keeps supply continuous through the summer and into fall. Imported and offshore supply covers the winter window.
