Peppers are SCP's highest-volume commodity by count. The program covers the full bell pepper size and grade range along with the specialty and chile peppers that foodservice and Hispanic retail buyers order alongside them. A Dominican Republic greenhouse pepper program adds colored bell supply beginning in November.

Do you have greenhouse colored bell peppers?
Yes. SCP runs a Dominican Republic greenhouse program supplying red, yellow, and orange bell peppers in XXL and large, starting in November.
When are Florida peppers in season?
Florida is the domestic winter vegetable deal, and peppers run fall through spring, when northern production is out. SCP supplements with Mexican and Dominican greenhouse supply through the same window.
