Southern Corporate Packers is headquartered in Immokalee, Florida and farms across the eastern United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico, with a cross-dock facility in Ontario serving Canadian customers. The spread is deliberate, and it is what keeps supply continuous as each region comes in and goes out.

Immokalee sits at the centre of Florida's winter vegetable production. The head office and packing facility handle sales, food safety, transportation and accounting for the whole operation.

How the season moves
Florida runs the winter and spring deal. As it finishes, harvest picks up in Georgia and moves north through Mississippi, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Delaware over the summer and into fall. Mexican, Dominican and Puerto Rican supply covers the remaining windows, and the Cambridge, Ontario cross-dock handles Canadian distribution.
